I have experience in commercial food operation for just over 20 years with this being my 7th year in School Nutrition. Deer Lodge is my home, I am the Food Service Director for the Deer Lodge Schools K-12. I became a ServSafe instructor and Proctor 3 years ago as I wanted to find a way to help teach the ServSafe in a manner that is more directed towards School Nutrition for our daily needs at work, and to make the classes more enjoyable. I enjoy spending my time off with my husband, grown children and grandkids. Gardening and riding our side by side around the country for awesome views is a big part of our enjoyment.
