Lisa has a beautiful family: two kids, two granddaughters, and a wonderful new husband. I have been the Food Service Director at Florence-Carlton K-12 School for seven years. I have always wanted to be a lunch lady. I joined MTSNA six years ago and joined the Board three years ago as the. MTSNA has given me peace of mind, confidence, friendships from all over the United States, the tools I need if I have questions, and it has made me a better leader. SNA has given me knowledge, inspiration, and a voice. Being part of MTSNA is very valuable to me. I have attended conferences in different states, met new people, improved my skills, and connected with professionals in our field, and people listen. The bottom line is that being a member of MTSNA, you receive support from a great team. And I consider them my extended family. My involvement in SNA has dramatically benefited my personal growth and our lunch program’s success. I am grateful for the friendships, knowledge, and opportunities I’ve gained through this organization.
