Laurie has been in food service for over 40 years. I started my food service career by working in the food service department at Billings Senior High School while I was still in school. I have managed numerous restaurants and bakery/delis. I have been the food service director at Conrad Schools for 7 years, and I have had the privilege of being a peer educator/trainer for Montana Team Nutrition since 2018.
