Kira is a public health sanitarian and Registered Environmental Health Specialist (REHS/RS) with the Montana Department of Public Health and Human Services. As an FDA Commissioned Inspection Officer and Preventive Controls Qualified Individual (PCQI),she provides regulatory oversight and technical guidance for food safety programs across the state. She blends environmental health and science training with hands-on regulatory experience to strengthen Montana’s food safety systems.
