Joel Thompson is in his 21st year as an Education Specialist for MPERA. During that time, he has provided education and outreach to members and employers across Montana. He was born and raised in Montana and attended schools in Billings and later, Conrad. He’s a graduate of the University of Montana and The University of Wisconsin-River Falls where he earned his master’s in education. He has two grown children and lives in Helena with his wife Lisa.
