Erin is the School Nutrition Programs Assistant Director for the Montana Office of Public Instruction. She is a Registered Nutrition & Dietetic Technician and graduate of Montana State University with a Bachelors of Science in Food & Nutrition. Prior to joining the OPI team in 2018, Erin worked as a Food Service Director in a local school and knows firsthand the challenges and benefits of operating school nutrition programs. Erin enjoys traveling all over Montana to help school districts meet USDA School Nutrition Program requirements and encouraging their farm to school efforts. When not working, she enjoys traveling the world and enjoying Montana’s beautiful outdoors with her family.
