Dr. Franklin is faculty member in the Department of Counseling at Montana State University, Bozeman. She has over 20 years of experience as a licensed counselor working in and supporting Montana school communities. She serves as the rural school liaison, School Counseling program leader, and is the Director of the Center for Mental Health Research and Recovery. Much of her research seeks to elevate mental and behavioral health needs in Montana's rural school communities. Katey is thrilled to speak at the 2026 MTSNA Conference.
