The five sections are Basic Food Safety, Personal Hygiene, Cross-contamination and Allergens, Time and Temperature, and Cleaning and Sanitation are covered in this course. This course is somewhat interactive with games and participation, not just sitting and listening for 4 hours. This course will help you to better understand the requirements of daily food prep, cleaning and regulations in your kitchen. An assessment with certificate of completion is included.
