Go behind the scenes with an exclusive tour of the US Foods distribution center to see how products move from supplier to school kitchens. This interactive session also features a live scratch cooking demonstration with practical tips for efficiency and student appeal. Participants will have opportunities to ask questions, explore real-world practices, and leave with actionable ideas to strengthen their programs from procurement through production.
